Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Please contact us to cancel.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Weather: Tours run rain or shine. In the rare case of unsafe weather, we will cancel the tour and offer a full refund or reschedule.
